Hi. I will be translating a new novel at https://secondlifetranslations.com/ titled Hello, Mr. Zhou. This novel is a little similar to "F ull Marks Hidden Marriage: Pick Up a Son, Get a Free Husband". ✅secret marriage ✅baby bump/childcare ✅entertainment world genre ✅love at first-sight The difference is that there is ❌amnesia ❌drugged s3x ❌face-slapping (not totally gone, but less). There is a little revenge genre to be found here. And I feel like HMZ is more coherent in it's story-telling than FM:HM, and a lot shorter so you don't have to skip unnecessary plots to maintain the word count. The author of this novel likes to connect her books in a series so you'll find the characters appearing in her other works. The other difference is that the FL here is not an actress. She is a manager/gold agent. And you know, this novel is a little steamy😉 where the CP act naturally and passionately without waking up the next day with a broken waist. LOL. The novel will be

She knows Shu Chen liked her a lot in the previous life, but she never gives him a cold shoulder like she did Wen Yu. When Shu Chen gave her food, but she accepted it, but she gets upset when Wen Yu tries to give her anything. Why? Because Shu Chen has never been intrusive and aggressive with her, while Wen Yu is very arrogant in pursuing her. ReplyDeleteIt's not like Pride and Prejudice. As much as I like Mr. Darcy, he actually looks down on Elizabeth because of her poverty and her family. Wen Yu here, just wants to make life easier for Ji Anning by giving her material things and being so blunt about his interest n her. But then he failed to notice her feelings and character. She's very poor but works really hard, and his actions looked like he's a player. In Pride and Prejudice, Elizabeth is prejudiced against Mr. Darcy and Mr. Darcy is a proud nobleman, but in this story, Ji Anning is both the proud person and prejudiced against second-generation rich like Wen Yu.
DeleteThe story talks more about how the FL tries to change their original trajectory by changing her attitude towards the people around her and about Wen Yu. Like the bus incident, in the previous life, she chose to run away after being molested because the people on the bus are starting to wrongfully judge her, but in this life, she fought back and got the people on bus's respect.
